The Annual Meeting of the Hazara Culture House in Finland was held on 1 February 2026 in the city of Helsinki, with the participation of members of the organisation both in person and online.
At the beginning of the meeting, in accordance with the agenda, the meeting leadership was elected as follows: Morteza Hazara was elected as Chair of the Meeting, Nabi Esmatzada and Munir Atayee as Secretaries, and Naim Panahi and Asad Hazara as Observers.
Subsequently, Latif Fayaz, Director of the Hazara Culture House, presented the annual activity report of the organization. Thereafter, the Finance Committee presented the annual financial report. In addition, Ms. Shekeba Ahmadi, deputy director of the Hazara Culture House, presented the Strategic Plan of the organization to the meeting.
After thorough discussion and review, the members approved the annual financial report and formally adopted the Strategic Plan of the Hazara Culture House. Furthermore, the Action Plan for the year 2026 was reviewed and approved by the members.
The official meeting continued from 13:00 to 17:00. At the conclusion of the program, a cultural dinner was held, accompanied by the performance of traditional Dambura music and songs by the artist Hafiz Habibi, marking the formal closure of the event.
