A training session on youth exchange programs, organized by Opetushallitus (Finnish National Agency for Education), took place in Helsinki on February 22, 2025. Zainab Alizada and Kamila Zahidi from Hazara Culture House were among the participants.
The program outlined key components of youth exchange initiatives, including participation, learning, collaboration. Sessions covered team-building strategies partnership development, and planning processes such as theme selection, objective-setting, and methodological approaches. Post-lunch activities focused on program design, role assignments, and practical implementation steps, including communication strategies and the use of Youthpass for documenting learning outcomes.
The training was concluded with a reflection session where participants shared feedbacks and received information on upcoming opportunities. It provided practical tools for planning, executing, and evaluating youth exchange programs, equipping attendees to strengthen future cultural and educational initiatives.
